Fanny couldn't find a way to furnish this small corner space under the stairs.
She opted for
an original shelving design
which elegantly snakes between the two walls without reaching the floor.
Painted in satin white, it contrasts with the coloured walls and embellishes this space while integrating useful shelving options.
These tips will come in handy if you want to build your own shelves.

Built with the design shelf kit, this pretty shelf decorated with several light points gives a very contemporary look and brings a pleasant ambient light.

This floating shelving arrangement furnishes the desk space and offers multiple storing and filing options.
With their original design, the shelves appear to come out of the wall, combining usefulness and visual design.
The shelves were built using mini Kinook blocks, metal rails and small pieces of rail on the ends (see photo below).
To ensure solidity, it is important to create "vertical portions" to support the horizontal shelves. The MDF panels are glued together to further strengthen the construction.
See this tip for fixing metal rails to the wall..

This very original creation is built into a children's bedroom at the head of the bed.
A light strip is installed inside making it completely invisible. The lighting can be adjusted in intensity and colour to create different lighting ambiances.
